CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY STATEMENT

In response to violence and human rights violation in the mining of Gold, Tin, Tantalum and Tungsten in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted rules to implement reporting and disclosure requirements related to “conflict minerals,” as directed by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. This is to require manufacturers to declare that their product does not contain these conflict minerals that are smelted in conflicting regions.

Accordingly, Hybrionic Pte Ltd is committed not to purchase and/ or procure any conflict minerals produced and/ or refined from smelters listed in the conflict regions.
